Training 

Hybrid Training takes the best of the top three training systems and combines them together.  Used to introduce trainees to a series of different training styles and educate them on the benefits of each. Making them a more well-rounded weight lifter and all-around better human being. All over a relatively short 8-week crescendo of training. This program ramps up in difficulty as you go. That means you're always challenged. This program can be repeated. 

 

1. Body Building (Size and Aesthetics)

2. Functional Training (Movement, Life)

3. Power Lifting (Strength, Bone Density)

 

When you combine three training modalities you can produce unbelievable results. Yielding thicker, stronger, and leaner physique, denser bones, and a stronger heart. You will move better and feel better at the end of the 8 weeks.

- 5 days per week of Training

-Each week you will rotate through 'Big' compound lifts

-Built-in, Low Impact Cardio of your Choice

-8 Weeks Program

-60 min Workouts
