Research shows the combination of proper diet and exercise is 400% more effective than exercise alone at taking off and keeping off unwanted pounds, you simply must be addressing what you eat. After all, you are what you eat.

1. Structure with flexibility. A diet that doesn’t require calorie counting or timing meals, and even gives you room for a daily snack - anything you want within the allotted calories!

2. Progressive diet phases included altering your diet as your body adapts to new body weights.


3. A diet that grows with you. Get started with an easy onboarding diet to help you get acclimated. Then once your metabolism is primed, “Weight Loss 1” begins. After you’ve made the proper amount of progress, you can move on to “Weight Loss 2” to keep your fat loss moving. Finally, a “New Base” post-diet plan to help you maintain your progress.

5. Coaching using My Fitness Pal, How to find your TDEE, how to track calories and macros. How to find out how many calories you need to eat every day to lose weight for good and keep it off. 

6. Never think about food the same way again. Stay accountable with weekly check-ins and unlimited text-message support through the Train Heroic app.

7. Custom Meal Strategy and Eating plans based on your goal, muscle gain, fat loss, vegan, low carb, keto, paleo, etc.
