Amino Acid Powder – A convenient amino acid drink mix, my first choice for BCAA’s is Snow Cone from BPI. You want one that has Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine.

L - Leucine - Prevents muscle catabolism during fasting, training, cardio sessions, slows protein breakdown.
 
Pre Workout - I don't have a favorite pre-workout. I do tend to choose pre-workouts that are lower in caffeine than others. Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor. We want optimal blood flow during a workout, and for that, we need volume, not constriction. So use caffeine sparingly. The ingredients you want to look for are;

L - Arginine & Citrulline Malate - Blood Flow, Pump, Endurance 

L - Glutamine - most used conditionally essential amino acid during times of intense physical stress. Essential for maintaining the health and growth of enterocytes in your gut and your immune system

Caffeine or Green Tea Extract - Metabolic Stimulant

 

Creatine Monohydrate -  Increase in Muscle Power and Strength output, increase in Muscular Stamina.

 

Beta-Alanine - Endurance, recovery, lactic threshold increase

 

L - Tyrosine - Enhanced focus and drive

 

Ashwagandha - Endurance, feeling of wellbeing, improved stamina,

Vitex - Vitex, also known as chaste berry, is used to treat a variety of different conditions, such as PMS, infertility, acne, and more. It is an ideal herb to balance female hormones. Vitex works by decreasing levels of prolactin, which in return balances out estrogen and progesterone. 

Protein Shake - Meal Replacement for weight loss or Protein Gainer for extra calories on missed calorie days.
