Challenge - 100x reps a day for a time.


  1. Select one muscle.

  2. Pick an exercise the targets that muscle.

  3. Perform that exercise for 10x reps. Repeat 9 more times throughout your work period, between chores, while watching your kids, working at the home office, cleaning out your closet, doing laundry, watching Netflix.
