Today’s WOD, grab a challenging pair dumbbells.
Perform Overhead Press x 6 and then Bent over Upright Row x 6 , For 5 rounds.
Then perform curls x 12 and then Push ups x 12, for 5 rounds. 💪



The best thing to do is going for walks. Like 1-2 miles a day. 👍🌿
