WOD Tabata Triplet

Today’s WOD is a Tabata Triplet.

3 sets of work

8 rounds of each exercise

20 seconds on 10 seconds off

1 min rest between each set of work


  1. Air Squats 20/10x8

  2. rest 1 min

  3. Push Ups 20/10x8

  4. rest 1 min

  5. Knees To Elbow Crunches

  6. rest 1 min

  7. 30 second Push up Plank

  8. Finished ✅




For those of you who don’t know, Tabata is when you use a 20/10 timer to do your workout for 8 rounds. ( 20/10x8 )
